Group sessions can be extremely powerful as shared experiences and peer encouragement can help propel your personal growth. You'll have unlimited access to all the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tools online, as well as a weekly support group session that will be coordinated by one of our trained coaches!
If you're highly motivated and don't feel the need to get help from a coach, then maybe a self-directed approach is for you. You'll have unlimited access to all the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tools online and can move through our program at your own pace.
