One-on-One Coaching allows clients access to a coach who is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Active Listening and Motivational Interviewing via webcam, phone and/or email. Together with your coach, you will make definable and reachable goals that you will surely be able to achieve. Getting help for your anxiety is only a few clicks away!




If you're highly motivated and don't feel the need to get help from a coach, then maybe a self-directed approach is for you. You'll have unlimited access to all the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tools online and can move through our program at your own pace.
